Some things to note:
- If you have pre-ordered or purchased a brand new release book recently, we recommend sending us an email or supplying a link to your updated reading tracker of choice.

- All books are stand alone or the first in a series
- Any food items are individually wrapped, please assess ingredient/allergen lists prior to consuming.
- Books are individually wrapped for extra surprise, unless requested otherwise.
- The pictures shown in the gallery are examples only of what you may receive, each box is individual.
- If you have purchased a box before, we will try our best to ensure your next box is different and exciting!

- Please tell us if you have any particular aversions or trigger warnings so that we can try to avoid these in your selection.

Can I use Afterpay for subscription payments?

Unfortunately, Afterpay is not available on subscription plans. Payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Afterpay is available on one-time purchases of individual Fresh Reads Boxes. 

How do I manage my subscription?

Once signed up, you will receive an email to your registered email address. This email will provide a link to a customer portal where you can manage your plan. 

Can I pause/cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription in your customer portal at any time. 

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can opt to skip a delivery in your customer portal.

When will I receive my parcel?

Subscription boxes / Blind Date Subscriptions are usually dispatched within a week of your subscription sign up date and continue at monthly or bi-monthly intervals from there.
